Unwind with a cocktail as you take in the view of the sparkling ocean from your Inlet-side back patio, basking in the salty air breeze or take a refreshing dip in the blue waters just steps away. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this waterfront gem promises an unforgettable seaside escape... Step in through the breezeway door into our bright and airy living room area complete with 65 inch Roku Smart TV, comfy chairs and couch, and stylish decor. The open concept leads to the kitchen with designer tile backsplash, quartz countertop, modern cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has a convenient breakfast bar area with stools, and it comes stocked with dinnerware, coffee, tea, cooking essentials, bakeware, pots and pans, and children's utensils for the little ones! Just off the kitchen is the dining area, perfect for sitting down and eating some home cooked meals. Walk toward the front of the condo and you will pass the bathroom, stylishly designed with pebble floor and tile surround shower. Just past the bathroom there are 2 bedrooms. To the left, there are two comfy twin beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. You'll also have a wall mounted Roku Smart TV. That bedroom also holds the laundry setup in the closet. To the right, you have another bedroom with two cozy full memory foam mattresses, Roku smart TV, mirrored closet doors and storage space. Finally, at the rear of the condo, you can walk out towards the waves hitting the rocky inlet and take in some sun and incredible views. On rainy days, we also have a covered patio area with dining table and sitting area to relax in while the showers pass. The overhead string lights add to the charm by the sea! Access
Guest Access is simple! Simply punch in your unique entry code on the front door electronic lock and check yourself in and out. The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. But please remember that you are in a residential area, so please be respectful to our neighbors... Location: Our home is the downstairs unit.

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. ★CANCELLATION POLICY★ Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. No refunds bookings Cancelled with in 14 days before check-in.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. -No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. -NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS PLEASE -Please remove shoes -Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). -We use smart home technology to improve your experience. MINUT is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. MINUT is privacy compliant and is required on this property -If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately -You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. -We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. -Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay. -Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =)

you are paying for the view. pictures were good, because the space is tight. furniture is to big. it worked for us. it says pet friendly. but its 150 bucks. fits 6 on the water. you can sit and stare at the ocean all day

We had a great time at Gabe and Jon’s place. The view was just as described and why we chose the place. Gabe was always responsive. We enjoyed the space for family time and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the shower but the only suggestions I have are a bath mat of some sort for the bathroom and provide coffee in the place for the guests. I may have missed it but did not see it there. It was ok because a Wawa is right around the corner.

The property has a lot of potential and offers some great features. The location is excellent, with a beautiful ocean view, and parking was easy and convenient. However, we were disappointed by several issues during our stay. The AC units in the bedrooms were extremely noisy, making it difficult to fall asleep. Additionally, many amenities listed on the website were missing upon arrival, including the hair dryer, rice cooker, books and reading materials, baby bath, and barbecue utensils. Some of the existing amenities were poorly maintained. For example, the trash can was broken, the non-stick pans were heavily scratched, and the sofa was dusty, stained, and in need of cleaning. With better maintenance and more accurate amenity listings, this could be a truly wonderful stay.
